Lactivate® Ice & Heat Breast Packs provide instant, soothing relief from common breast concerns like blocked ducts, mastitis, engorgement and swelling or post breast surgery. The soft, supple, non-toxic gel bead filled petals gently mould to your breast for targeted relief where you need it most.
Heat therapy:
Help to soften the breast for better latching
Encourages let down and improves milk flow
Can be used with a breast pump to reduce time expressing
Simply microwave as instructed on the packaging
Cold Therapy:
Help relieve pain from common breastfeeding concerns such as blocked ducts, engorgement, and mastitis
Can be used post breast surgery
Simply place in the freezer for 2 - 4 hours before use
Directions:
Simply heat in the microwave or cool in the freezer, then pop the gel packs into their individual, bamboo, washable covers and pop in your bra for instant relief.
Apply for up to 20 minutes.
If symptoms persist please seek medical attention.
Microwave instructions:
Place the gel pack inside the microwave lying flat for the time indicated below:
700 Watts- 16 seconds
1,000 Watts- 13 seconds
1,250 Watts- 11 seconds
After testing the pack temperature, you may add more time in 5-second increments as needed until the desired temperature is reached. Do not heat for more than 25 seconds total. Always test prior to application.

Flat rate of $12.50 for shipping within Australia.
Free shipping on orders $200 and over.
We do not currently have a standard flat rate for international shipping. If you would like to have your order shipped overseas, please enquire for a quote via email info@newglowco.com.au
All orders are shipped from Brisbane. Please make a note at checkout – Authority to Leave if order can be left unattended at the delivery address. We cannot be guaranteed however as it may not be deemed safe by the carrier at the time.
We strive to get all orders out within 24-48 hours once payment is received. At times due to large amount of orders, or interstate events, there may be a slight delay in sending out your order. We appreciate your understanding in these circumstances.
We send via Australia Post and recommend allowing 3-8 business day delivery period within Australia once an order is placed. Please allow longer if you live in rural Australia.
Once your order is sent, we will email you tracking details for you so you can keep track of it.
Returns and Exchanges
Should you receive a faulty product please let us know and we will replace it. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase we are happy to discuss this with you to resolve the issue. Each case is individual due to the nature of the products sell. Please email us info@newglowco.com.au
